Hands up if you love watching movies and secretly rating them! Now, you have the chance to do it officially, as Just Film is inviting all kids, children, and youth aged 7-19 to apply for the **toddler, children, and youth juries.

All jury members will get to watch films from the Just Film programs and select the winning film, which will be awarded the Just Film prize. The Just Film festival will take place this year from November 8-24 in cinemas in Tallinn and Tartu.
Applications for all juries are open until October 6, 2024!

To apply for the Toddler Jury:
We invite applications from children aged 7-9.

Choose at least two films that interest you, and write to us about them, or send a short video filmed with your phone where you give a review (please film in landscape mode).

Write or talk about what you liked, what you didn’t like, and why. Also, write or talk briefly about yourself and why you should be on the Just Film Toddler Jury. Describe your hobbies, interests, and why film/filmmaking interests you. Please also include a portrait photo of yourself.

To apply for the Children’s Jury:
We invite applications from children aged 10-13.

Write to us about at least two interesting films. Tell us what you liked, what you didn’t like, and why. Also, tell us briefly about yourself and why you should be on the Just Film Children’s Jury.

We invite applications from youth aged 14-19.

Write a film review along with a short motivation letter and self-introduction.

Please note: Jury work will take place in Tallinn, and it is expected that jury members will be able to attend film screenings and jury meetings during the festival, with the schedule being agreed upon shortly before the festival.
