The project aims to involve youngsters of Ida-Viru and Harju Counties to the film festival. In addition, an online e-learning course has been created to develop youngsters' media literacy.

The film festival offers a cultural experience, by bringing films all over the world to the screens of Estonia with discussion panels, learning materials and workshops.
PÖFF Film School learning platform offers a course to further develop youngsters' knowledge on media, journalism and audiovisual media thus improving their critical thinking and independent learning skills.

The project provides a unique and wholesome cultural as well as educational experience to the project participants, including a physical cinema visit and online course.
